Alessandro Tinonga

Alessandro Tinonga has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with a role as Lead Administrator at UNITE HERE Local 2850. In this role, they managed daily operations of the Local, including payroll, bookkeeping, and monthly reports. Alessandro also brought its administrative and financial procedures up to code by the International Organization's standards. In 2011, they moved to a position as a Housing Counselor at Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Francisco, providing clients with accurate and helpful information to guide them in achieving financial stability when facing housing and credit issues. In 2013, they were promoted to Quality Improvement Coordinator, conducting phone audits, analyzing budgets and financial packets, and developing evaluation programs and procedures for three different housing programs. In 2016, they joined First Republic Bank as a Senior Specialist, Client Care and Loan Servicing Specialist. In this role, they created training program and materials for creating amortization schedules, reviewed and approved over 1,000 payoff demands and loan verification letters, performed maintenance, advances, payments, reversals, fee waivers, and report monitoring, and created amortization schedules for clients and colleagues. Alessandro also worked at Credit Karma as a Member Support Specialist, assisting customers with logging into their accounts, answering email inquiries regarding company services and clients' accounts, and monitoring accounts for possible attempts of fraud or phishing. Alessandro Tinonga currently works at ApplePie Capital as a Senior Loan Operations Administrator.

Alessandro Tinonga obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2003 and 2007. Alessandro also holds a Housing Counselor certification from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.
