Nicci DeMarce

Nicci DeMarce has over 20 years of experience in the field of instructional design and training. Nicci began their career in 1997 as a Learning & Development Consultant for Cendant. In 1999, they joined Wells Fargo as an Instructional Design Manager and Senior Instructional Designer, where they were responsible for eLearning design, using authoring tools for self-paced, scenario-based and performance based learning solutions, as well as instructional systems design methodology and curriculum writing. In 2022, they joined ApplePie Capital as a Training and Instructional Design Manager.

Nicci DeMarce attended the University of North Dakota from 1990 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Spanish. Nicci then returned to the University of North Dakota from 2012 to 2019 and obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology.
