Greg Hartjes

Greg Hartjes is the Chief Financial Officer at Appleton Area School District. Greg has been in this role since May 2017. Prior to that, they served as Principal of Appleton West High School from June 2005 to May 2017. Greg was also the Associate Principal of Appleton West High School from January 1992 to December 2005.

Greg Hartjes received a BS in Mathematics from UW-Stevens Point, an MS in Mathematics from UW-Oshkosh, and an MEd in Administration from Marian University of Fond du Lac. Greg also has certificates in School Business Management and K-12 Educational Administration from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.

They work with Nan Bunnow - Assistant Superintendent, Elementary Level (EC-6), James Huggins - Assistant Superintendent, Middle Level (7-8), and Steve Harrison - Assistant Superintendent, Assessment, Curriculum & Instruction. Greg Hartjes reports to Judy Baseman, Superintendent of Schools.
