Julie King

Julie King serves as Co-VP at SOAR Fox Cities, Inc. since July 2022 and has held various positions at the Appleton Area School District since August 2001, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Director. In addition, Julie King is a WASPA Board Member, having served as President Elect, President, and Past President since March 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, an Associate's degree in Human Resources from Fox Valley Technical College, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
