Kelli Smith, M.Ed, is an experienced educational leader with a strong focus on special education. Currently serving as the Special Education Manager at AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School since March 2018, Kelli supervises Special Education Instructional Coaches and Coordinators, ensuring compliance with IEP, MDT, and 504 timelines, and enhancing professional development for special education teachers.
