Roseanna Overbey Silva

Roseanna Overbey Silva is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in early childhood education. Currently serving as Manager of the AppleTree Early Learning Teacher Residency Program at AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School, Roseanna provides coaching, professional development, and instructional support to enhance teacher practice and student outcomes. With previous roles that include Instructional Coach at EdConnective and Implementation Specialist at AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation, Roseanna has effectively led professional development initiatives across multiple campuses, emphasizing data analysis and best practices. Notable achievements include significantly improving reading levels for kindergarten students at District of Columbia Public Schools and mentoring new teachers.
