Applewild School
Courtney Bliss is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and mentorship. Currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at Applewild School since September 2021, Courtney has also been a Teacher Apprentice at Berwick Academy since June 2020. Previous roles include CIT Director at Kieve-Wavus Education, Inc., where leadership included planning activities and wilderness trips for youth, and Co Teacher at Greenwich Country Day School. Courtney has experience as a Head Bunk Counselor at Kieve-Wavus Education, Inc. and an Intern at Indian Mountain School Inc., where support was provided in classroom lessons and reading groups for early grades. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from Lesley University and a Bachelor's Degree in American History from St. Lawrence University.
Applewild School
Founded in 1957, Applewild School is an independent, coed junior boarding (grades 4–9) and day school (toddler–grade 9). Located one hour outside of Boston, Applewild students enjoy access to New England's finest landmarks and attractions.
