Kristen L.

Kristen L. has extensive work experience in the plumbing, heating, and electric industry. Kristen began their career in 2004 at Connex International, where they served as the General Manager for eight years. In 2012, they joined Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric and held various leadership positions. Kristen started as the Manager of Service Experience and later became the Director of Service Experience. Currently, Kristen serves as the Director of Service Support at Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric, where they analyze, directs, and optimizes fleet needs, cost of goods, and consumer prices. Kristen also supports and manages the day-to-day business needs of all operations departments.

Kristen L. pursued their education at Baker College Business and Corporate Services from 2003 to 2005. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, focusing on the field of study in business.
