Derek Pehlke

Derek Pehlke is a Customer Experience Manager at APPLIED Adhesives, focusing on creative solutions for adhesive and bonding needs since July 2018. Additionally, Derek serves as a Race Timer for Pickel Events, coordinating various races across Minnesota and Wisconsin while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Previously, Derek worked as the Fitness Center Facilities Manager at St. Cloud State University, where recognition included an Employee Achievement Award and over 200 volunteer hours dedicated to promoting fitness programs. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Professional Selling minor and a Human Relations minor from St. Cloud State University, along with a high school education from Anoka High School.
