Tina Shearer

Tina Shearer is an experienced professional in customer service and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at APPLIED Adhesives since October 2021. Previously, Tina held the role of Operations Manager at ADQ Inc from February 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and accounts payable to support company growth. As the Owner of Next Step Services from December 2008 to August 2010, Tina specialized in home updates and staging. Earlier experience includes positions as a Lab Coordinator and moderator at Whirlpool Corporation, and a past board member and VP of Marketing and Fundraising for the Volunteer Center of Southwest Michigan. Tina also demonstrated fundraising leadership for a Europe trip at St. Joe BOP from 2003 to 2006. Education includes an Associate degree in Marketing/Management from Lake Michigan College, completed in 2003.
