Jayarampandian Subramani

Jayarampandian Subramani has extensive work experience in engineering roles, primarily in the financial technology industry. Jayarampandian started their career at GAIN Credit (formerly Global Analytics) in 2005, where they held various positions including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Technical Lead. During this time, they worked on developing and maintaining lead scoring engines, underwriting loan applications, and designing software and databases for loan management systems. Jayarampandian also recruited and managed teams and executed loan migrations.

In 2016, Jayarampandian joined Applied Data Finance as Senior Director of Engineering, eventually progressing to Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Engineering. In these roles, they played a key role in scaling the technology team from 20 to over 200 people. Jayarampandian also led the transformation of the development life cycle from waterfall to Agile and implemented Scrum/Kanban team structures.
