Justin Tidd is an experienced archaeological technician currently working at Applied EarthWorks, Inc. since April 2022. Previous roles include serving as an Archaeology Resource Assistant with the U.S. Forest Service and an Archaeology Field/Lab Technician at Applied EarthWorks, where responsibilities involved on-site construction monitoring and water screening for CRM projects. Justin also worked as a Laboratory Research Assistant at California Polytechnic State University, supporting Dr. Terry Jones in archaeological lab work. Prior to their focus on archaeology, Justin gained mechanics experience as a bicycle mechanic and sales associate at Louisville Cyclery LLC and SLO Bike and Run. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology and Geography from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2016 and 2020.
