Joel Blessly Meston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engineering, Anna University, from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Joel has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Joel Blessly earned a certification in SOLIDWORKS - Composer from SEACAD Technologies Pte Ltd in April 2018. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in SOLIDWORKS Electrical - ADVANCED and SOLIDWORKS Electrical - PROFESSIONAL from the same institution in November 2015 and October 2015, respectively. Joel also holds a certification in Apply WSH Policy from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, which they obtained in February 2011. During their early education, they earned a Diploma in Mechanical CAD from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd in April 2008.
