Tracy Riggins

Tracy Riggins, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive and varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tracy is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Beacon Therapeutics, where they are responsible for the people strategy supporting the company's mission. Tracy also serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, they held a similar position at AGTC, where they were in charge of the people strategy and served as a member of the executive team.

Before their roles at Beacon Therapeutics and AGTC, Tracy worked for George's, Inc. as the Director of Talent Management, where they oversaw all aspects of talent management and drove a high-performance culture. Tracy also held the position of Human Resources Manager at AGTC, contributing to the company's HR operations.

Tracy's previous experience includes working as the Director of Human Resources at Keystone Foods, where they served as a business partner to the leadership team and drove HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. Tracy also worked at RTI Surgical® as an HR Business Partner and Manager of Learning & Development, responsible for various HR functions such as talent management, change management, organizational performance, and employee development.

Tracy's career began at UF Health as a Coordinator, Billing, and Contract in SUF Communications.

Tracy Riggins, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Administration and Psychology from Saint Leo University (2007) and an Associates of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Fe College (2004). Tracy has also obtained additional certifications including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in 2019, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015.
