Ryan Poznanczyk

Ryan Poznanczyk currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Applied Heat Recovery, a position held since April 2022. Ryan's career at Superior Boiler spanned 13 years, during which positions included Watertube Division Sales Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Design Engineer, focusing on project management and technical direction in boiler projects. Earlier experience as a Maintenance Technician at SL Nusbaum Realty Co. provided foundational knowledge in maintenance and repairs. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Virginia State University and an Associate of Applied Science degree from John Tyler Community College.
