Brady Hiob

Brady Hiob has extensive experience in business development, sales, and leadership roles. In 2022, they began a role as Business Development at Applied Intuition, where they are responsible for simulation software and infrastructure. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Western Regional Sales Manager at HBK - Hottinger, Brüel & Kjær, where they managed LDS Vibration Test System sales in the western US with a key focus on Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Telecom Audio PC markets. From 2016 to 2018, they held roles as Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Crystal Instruments. In 2015, they were appointed Member Board of Directors at Cal Poly Corporation, where they represented student voice and provided oversight of a nearly $130M annual operating budget. From 2014 to 2015, they held two roles at Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc: Chairman University Union Advisory Board and Chief Financial Officer. In 2013, they were President of the Cal Poly Neuroscience Undergraduate Society. In 2012, they held two roles at Associated Students, Inc.-Cal Poly San Luis Obispo: University Union Advisory Board Member and Honors Student Board. Additionally, they were an Executive Staff at Associated Students, Inc. - Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2012 and a Pride Center Intern at Student Life and Leadership - Associated Students, Inc. Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2013.

Brady Hiob attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 2022, they completed a Credential of Readiness in Business from Harvard Business School Online.
