Alejandro Botran Farias

Alejandro Botrán Farias serves as the Business Development Manager for Latin America at Bridge for Billions since December 2022, where responsibilities include mobilizing funding from corporations, foundations, governments, and multilateral organizations to enhance incubation and innovation programs, directly supporting over 500 Latin American entrepreneurs across various sectors. Previous experiences include serving as a Business Advisor at Paggo, facilitating the digitalization of payments for entrepreneurs, and as Business Development Manager at WAYFREE, providing free Wi-Fi in public spaces across Guatemala. Alejandro co-founded BaloaFootball, an app connecting Latin American athletes with professional teams and universities, and held the position of Business Development Manager at hugo, promoting a leading delivery app. Prior roles include working as a Financial Analyst at Allied Global BPO and as a Logistics Intern at AgroAmerica. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University, complemented by an earlier education at the American School of Guatemala.
