Ingu J. has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2021, they began working as a Recruiting at Applied Intuition. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Workday from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they were also a Student IT Consultant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 2018, they were an HR Generalist Intern at Palo Alto Networks. In their role at Workday, they coordinated interviews and completed onboarding for executive level requisitions, ensured a world class candidate experience, maintained executive level requisitions in North America, processed offer letters/background checks for new hire onboarding, assessed job requisitions with hiring managers and recruiters, and sourced candidates via LI Recruiter for diversity/URM pipelines.

Ingu J. attended Oxford High School from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Major, Leadership Studies Minor. In 2015, Ingu J. also attended the University of Mississippi, studying Psychology and Philosophy.
