Ian White is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership and business partnership. Currently serving as Managing Director and HR Business Partner at Applied Materials since February 2018, Ian leads a team supporting the Global Field Group and New Markets and Alliances organizations, focusing on talent strategies for sales and product support in the semiconductor industry. Prior to this, Ian held several significant roles at NetApp, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibility included the transformation of HR services and the implementation of a new cloud-based management platform.
