Melanie Schuster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Managing Director and HR Business Partner at State Street since September 2021. Previously, Melanie held the role of Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner at Citizens Bank, where strategic human resources initiatives were implemented within the Commercial Banking division.
