Lee Wishart

Lee Wishart has over sixteen years of experience in the parts refurbishment sector for the semiconductor industry. They began their career as a Production Technician and progressed to Team Leader before becoming the Training and Health & Safety Manager, designing and implementing training for all staff levels. In 2000, Lee expatriated to Singapore to assist in the qualification and training of local nationals at a new parts cleaning facility, later being promoted to Production Manager. After completing a successful contract in Singapore, they returned to the UK as European Production Manager within the Worldwide Engineering group. Lee holds a BA in Business Management from Abertay University and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Technical Project and Program Management at Applied Materials.
