Senthil Gnanasekaran

Senthil Gnanasekaran is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various global markets. Currently serving as Managing Director at Applied Materials since January 2024, Senthil previously held the position of HR Director for Asia and the Middle East at Amazon from October 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Senthil spent nearly a decade at Microsoft in various HR leadership roles, including HR Director for Microsoft 365, Cloud & Enterprise Marketing, and overseeing HR functions across multiple regions and businesses. Senthil began the career at NIIT Technologies, followed by positions at Ramco Systems and Infosys, where HR responsibilities centered on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Senthil holds an MBA in Management from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PSG College of Arts and Science.
