Yunmei Shen

Yunmei Shen is a seasoned professional in product marketing and engineering, currently serving in a global product marketing role at Applied Materials since May 2024. Previously, Yunmei held the position of Senior Manager of Product Marketing at MKS Instruments from May 2021 to May 2024, and worked as a Product Marketing Manager at DuPont focusing on DUV and 193nm segment product management within the Semiconductor Technologies business from January 2019 to May 2021. Yunmei's experience includes serving as Supplier Tech Lead at DowDuPont and leading engineering efforts at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of filtration process control systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives as a Six Sigma Black Belt Coach. Early career experiences at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials involved manufacturing process improvements and quality management. Yunmei holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
