Jon Nicandro

Jon Nicandro has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of the IT Service Desk at Applied Medical since February 2020, after previously holding the position of IT Service Desk Specialist. Prior to this, Jon worked at IBM from August 2017 to May 2022 as a System Administrator and Operations Analyst, focusing on AIX Power and Windows server support. Jon's career began at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB, where from April 1993 to October 2003, operations were managed as a Senior Operations Analyst and Shift Leader, primarily utilizing HP-UX systems. Educational background includes studies at Don Bosco Technical College from 1982 to 1989.
