Nesma Bishara

Nesma Bishara is an experienced professional in regulatory and quality affairs within the medical industry. Currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Applied Medical since July 2021, Nesma has previously held positions such as Regulatory Affairs Manager. Prior experience includes roles at FUJIFILM SonoSite, Inc. as Quality & Regulatory Manager for EMEA, and at Philips as Quality Project Manager for Global Quality Management Systems. Earlier in the career, Nesma worked at GE Healthcare in various capacities, including RA Leader for Post Market and System Engineer. Teaching experience includes an instructor role at the National Museum of Science in Haifa, Israel, and student projects at Technion, where Nesma focused on advanced ultrasound technology in collaboration with GE Healthcare and clinical projects in ophthalmology. Nesma holds a B.Sc in Biomedical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned in 2009.
