Rob Nagel is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate counsel and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Applied Medical Resources since June 2011, Rob supports all aspects of the company's commercial operations. Previously, Rob held the position of Counsel at Abbott Laboratories from September 2007 to May 2011, where legal support was provided to manufacturing, purchasing, and marketing organizations, dealing with IP transactions and commercial agreements. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Howrey, focusing on commercial transactions and patent litigation in various high-tech and life science sectors. Rob began their career as a Scientist at Parsons. Academically, Rob holds an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from the University of Colorado, an MS in Environmental Microbiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BS in Biology from Purdue University.
