Kwame Kehoe

Kwame Kehoe has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Process Engineer at Applied Molecular Transport since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Associate at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from June 2017 to October 2019. Kwame also served as a protein purification specialist at Bayer Pharmaceuticals from October 2016 to June 2017.

In addition, Kwame has experience as a Bioprocess Technician at Genentech in June to August 2016, and as an Allograft Production Technician at Aziyo Biologics from October 2015 to February 2016.

Before their roles in the biotech field, Kwame worked as a Student Financial Officer/Researcher at U.C. Merced Student Health Center from January to May 2015, and as a Student Researcher at UC Merced (Jennifer Lu Labs) from August to December 2014.

Kwame also gained experience as a Student Assistant at Butte College from May 2009 to May 2012, and held a managerial role at Tres Hombres Long Bar & Grill from April 2004 to September 2008.

Kwame Kehoe completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology and Chemistry at Butte College from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Merced from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Kwame has obtained various certifications. In September 2019, they completed certifications in "Leading Productive Meetings," "Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools," "Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," "Six Sigma: Green Belt," "Statistics Foundations: 2," and "Statistics Foundations: 3." These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2019, Kwame completed certifications in "Operational Excellence Foundations" and "Six Sigma Foundations" through LinkedIn as well.
