Josh Ryan

Josh Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh began their career as a Research Clinical Operation Intern at Symphony Clinical Research in 2010, where they gained valuable experience in clinical research operations. In 2012, they transitioned to PetSmart, where they worked as a Sales and Petcare Associate.

In 2013, Josh took on multiple roles simultaneously. Josh became a Volunteer Ski and Snowboard Instructor at Bothwell Middle School, providing instruction to students. Josh also joined Marquette County Conservation District as an Intern, Understudy, and Weed Management Crew member, where they contributed to conservation efforts.

Josh joined Huron Pines in 2014 as an Environmental Restoration Technician. In this role, they implemented restoration projects along the Lake Huron shoreline and engaged with various user groups to educate them about the importance of protecting water bodies from invasive species.

In 2015, Josh transitioned to E.L. Robinson Engineering as an Engineer/Waters Operator, where they contributed to engineering projects. Josh then moved to Power/mation in 2018 as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Currently, Josh holds the position of Direct OEM Sales Manager- Central Region at Applied Motion Products, which they started in 2021. In this role, they oversee sales to original equipment manufacturers in the Central Region.

Josh Ryan attended Northern Michigan University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Studies. Josh also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability during the same period.
