Zhonghao Du

Zhonghao Du is a Senior Wafer Process Engineer at AOI, where they focus on developing novel nanodevices using advanced III-V semiconductors and 2D materials. They hold a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California, where they also served as a Research and Teaching Assistant. With over six years of hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication and electrical characterization, Zhonghao has previously worked as a Process Engineer at Hisense Photonics and as a Process Development Engineer at Texas Instruments, where they optimized process flows and device structures. They obtained their Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fudan University.
