Sarah Frances Holder

Sarah Frances Holder has extensive experience in educational support and proposal coordination. Currently serving as Proposal Coordinator II at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. since February 2022, Sarah has previously held roles such as Client Advisor at JDRC MANAGED SERVICES, LLC, and Graduate Assistant for Grants & Outreach at the Center for Global Studies at the University of Illinois. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at both the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Tennessee, where responsibilities involved organizing classes, grading assignments, and providing feedback to students. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Austin Peay State University.
