Scott Campbell

Scott A. Campbell, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of Quantitative Solutions at API, with an interim role as team lead from July to August 2024. Prior to joining API, Scott held the position of Quantitative Translational Pharmacologist at Hepion Pharmaceuticals, focusing on clinical pharmacology and analytics. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre de recherche du CHUM (CRCHUM), Scott conducted research on Regulator of G protein Signaling in pancreatic islet cells under the guidance of Dr. Vincent Poitout. Scott completed a PhD in Pharmacology at the University of Alberta, where significant research included the pharmacology of intra-islet GLP-1 in human islets and a study on diabetes treatment. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a long-term care pharmacist and various pharmacy positions. Holding a Master's degree in Theology from Regent College and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Scott has a diverse educational background.
