Brandon S. Moyer

Brandon S. Moyer, Ph.D., serves as an Application Scientist at Applied Photophysics since August 2024, where the focus is on enhancing the scientific and technical credibility of products with customers, bridging technical and customer-facing departments. Prior to this role, Brandon Moyer worked at Ichor Life Sciences, Inc. as a Principal Scientist from July 2017 to July 2024, leading biophysical projects and managing teams while designing assays for drug discovery. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist II, where responsibilities encompassed client-facing project management and various biophysical techniques. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by research and teaching positions, as well as international research experience in Germany as a Fulbright Fellow.
