Christina Knutson

Christina Knutson is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the IT Customer Service Manager at ARA since May 2008. In this role, Christina has implemented a Tier II response team for the Corporate IT department, coordinated problem resolution efforts among engineers, and communicated critical issues and procedures to executive management and the Board of Directors. Prior to ARA, Christina held various positions at AOL from 1999 to 2007, including Systems Analyst and Network Operations Center Manager, where responsibilities included application support for Customer Relation Management tools, management of a 24x7 operations center, and technical support for AOL services. Christina possesses a strong technical background with experience in various operating systems and technologies such as Solaris, Linux, Java, and Oracle, complemented by education from the University of New Mexico.
