David Busuttil is an experienced software engineer with a background spanning over three decades in various technical roles. David Busuttil served as a Software System Engineer at Applied Signal Technology and held software engineering positions at TRW from 1985 to 1997, ESL from 1983 to 1996, and GTE Government Systems from 1989 to 1991. David Busuttil obtained a degree from the University of California, Davis, between 1979 and 1983.
