Dale Ervien

Dale Ervien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations within the industrial sector. Currently serving as District Sales Account Manager at Applied Specialties, Inc. since April 2010, Dale supports four coal-fired power plants in northeastern Arizona, demonstrating a strong capacity for problem-solving and overcoming challenges. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Sales Representative and Senior Account Engineer at Nalco Chemical from March 1998 to April 2010, where Dale managed a significant account for 12 years at a large papermill. Earlier in the career, Dale contributed to the startup and operation of a wastewater treatment plant at Stone Container from July 1981 to March 1998, overseeing the processing of 12 to 15 million gallons of water daily.
