Amy Madden, CPMSM, CPCS has a B.A. in English and Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University. Amy has extensive experience in the medical staff services field, working at Cleveland Clinic for over 20 years in various roles including Senior Director of Medical Staff & Credentialing Services. Currently, Amy serves as the VP of Client Services at Applied Statistics & Management Inc. Amy also served as the President of the Ohio Association Medical Staff Services in 2012-2013.
