Mala Anand

President and Chief Customer Experience Officer | Customer Experience & Success

Mala Anand is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in customer experience and success. Currently serving as President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Microsoft since November 2019, Mala has also held roles such as CVP Customer Experience & Success at the same company. In addition, Mala serves on the Board of Directors for both The Tech Museum of Innovation and Agilent Technologies, as well as being a Limited Partner at Clear Ventures since September 2016. Prior to Microsoft, Mala worked at SAP as EVP for Leonardo | Data & Analytics, overseeing business strategy and product development in advanced technologies such as Machine Learning and IoT. Mala holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Brown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
