Erica Pickens

Erica Pickens has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Operations Manager at Applied Systems since October 1997, Erica has held various roles including Technical Communications Manager, Technical Communications Supervisor, eLearning Supervisor, and eLearning Specialist. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Home Health Specialist at Johnson's Pharmacy and Home Health from September 1995 to October 1997. Erica is also an accomplished professional with an AINS (Associate in General Insurance) degree from AICPCU, The Institutes, obtained between 2007 and 2017.
