Mrinal Biyani

Mrinal Biyani is an experienced Product Operations Manager currently working at Zepto since December 2022. Previously, Mrinal held the Operations Excellence role at udaan.com from August 2018 to December 2022, where significant improvements were made in last mile delivery operations, including the implementation of an OTP-based delivery system and automation for non-delivery verification. Prior to that, Mrinal served as Deputy Manager at Blinkit, managing fresh and grocery operations with a focus on reducing return volumes and executing daily orders. Early career experiences include internships at NCC Limited and Larsen & Toubro in structural analysis and construction planning, respectively. Mrinal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
