Liesel Pollvogt

Liesel Pollvogt is a seasoned professional in customer success and product adoption, currently serving as Senior Director at Applied Systems since September 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the value of small commercial insurance business via the Tarmika platform. Previously, Liesel was the Head of Customer Success at Jellyfish, leading the transformation of the customer-facing organization in a SaaS environment. At UKG, various roles included Director of Customer Success for UKG Ready, establishing a customer success function for a $100 million ARR customer base, as well as leading an innovation team dedicated to improving the customer experience. Liesel also contributed to business growth at Alignable as VP of Marketing, and held advisory and product consulting roles at Fetchnotes and Redstar Ventures. Early career experience includes founding JotJournal and managing product development at Hewlett-Packard and Tabblo, complemented by advanced education in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Denison University.
