Sardhaz Mohamed has had a long and successful career in the tech industry. sardhaz began their career in 1996 as a System Analyst for Wipro Technologies. In 1998, they moved on to become a Senior Consultant for Wisetek Providers, where they designed, developed, and deployed custom modifications in Accounts Receivable module of Peoplesoft 7.0. sardhaz then moved on to Technisource in 2003 as a Senior Consultant, where they designed, developed, tested and documented Accounts Receivable/Billing Upgrade from Peoplesoft 7.0 to 8.4. In 2004, they took on the role of Vice President for SRIT Consulting and Senior Consultant for Platinum Consulting Group, where they designed, developed, tuned, tested and documented Vantive to Peoplesoft CRM Migration. In 2005, they became a Senior Consultant for Cherryroad Technologies. In 2007, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for Amplify Systems, where their job involved HR/Payroll/Benefits/Recruitment/Financial Planning/Financial Reporting and constantly keeping a tab on the operating costs. In 2012, they became the Chief Operating Officer for Applied Thought Auditors and Consultants, Inc. and in 2017 they became the Chief Executive Officer for Zaena Bio PVT. LTD. sardhaz is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Reqroots Private Ltd.

Sardhaz Mohamed completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1990 and 1993. Following this, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli between 1993 and 1996.
