Craig Kapsch

Craig Kapsch serves as the Vice President of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition at Applied Underwriters, a position held since December 2001, where expertise encompasses leading national sourcing and recruitment strategies. Prior roles at Applied Underwriters include Director of Recruiting and Director of Business Development, achieving significant success in premium sales, managing brokerage relationships, and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous experience also includes management of new accounts and relationship-based sales in the mortgage industry at Cooperative Mortgage Services, as well as foundational work in promotions at FOX Sports Ohio. Craig Kapsch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Sports Management and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
