Dr. Ingmar Krohm

Dr. Ingmar Krohm has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Dr. Ingmar is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Organization at Applike Group, where they are responsible for creating an inspiring work environment and ensuring a great employee experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Organizational Development & CSR - EMEA at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG, where they led a team in managing organizational development and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Dr. Ingmar also served as the HR Lead for Supply Chain Germany at Johnson & Johnson, where they handled strategic HR topics, coached senior business leaders, and implemented various HR projects. Before that, they worked at McKinsey & Company in different roles, including Manager Assistant Services and Professional Development Manager. Dr. Ingmar also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Bucerius Law School, a Research Assistant at White & Case LLP, and served in a civilian service role at General Hospital Stolzenau. Throughout their career, Dr. Ingmar Krohm has demonstrated expertise in areas such as organizational development, change management, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion.

Dr. Ingmar Krohm has a diverse education history. Dr. Ingmar obtained their Dr. jur. / PhD degree in Labor Law from Bucerius Law School, where they studied from 2005 to 2013. In 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources & Management at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Dr. Ingmar also spent a semester abroad at Georgetown University Law Center in 2007, focusing on Law. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Krohm has obtained various certifications in subjects like leadership, project management, cross-cultural intelligence, and strategic workforce planning from LinkedIn. Dr. Ingmar has also achieved a TOEIC Language Certificate (English) with a high score of 985/990, equivalent to level C1. Moreover, Dr. Krohm holds a certification as a Reiss Profile Master, earned in 2014.
