Poonam Dahiya

Poonam Dahiya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Applitools since February 2020, Poonam has previously held roles such as Customer Success Manager and Senior Quality Engineer at National Australia Bank, where responsibilities included maintaining automated test frameworks and testing AEM components. In addition to working at AIA as a Senior Quality Analyst, Poonam contributed to the design and execution of the Serenity BDD test automation framework while managing defect life cycles. Earlier experience at Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer involved designing and maintaining test automation frameworks for various testing types, translating business requirements into test scenarios, and executing comprehensive test plans.
