Jeffrey De Zoysa has a wealth of work experience. Jeffrey began their career in 2007 as an Accounts Assistant at NASS The Group & NASS Corporation. In 2008, they joined HSBC as a Customer Service Executive. In 2010, they moved to Ceylon Leisures as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for expanding the existing client base, crafting itineraries, and handling customer complaints, suggestions, and requests. In 2013, they joined GE Transportation's Digital Solutions as a Sales Leader, where they were responsible for developing and executing sales processes, operational strategies, and marketing plans. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head of Sales at Applova Inc.
Jeffrey De Zoysa's education history includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing (2018), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB) (2013-2014), and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (2008-2009). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Dale Carnegie Digital and Dale Carnegie Training, including Customer Focused, Level 2 (2016) and Sales Pro, Level 2 (2016), as well as a certification in How to Cold Call and Build New Customers.
