Lysey Myers

Lysey Myers, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Global Total Rewards at AppLovin, beginning in March 2024. Previously, Lysey was the Senior Manager of Compensation at Klaviyo from August 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included spearheading global compensation strategy and managing the entire compensation lifecycle. Lysey's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Benefits Manager at Klaviyo, where a dynamic Total Rewards strategy was architected to attract and retain talent. Prior positions include Director of Total Rewards at Equity Residential, Benefits Client Relationship Manager at bswift, and Defined Benefits Senior Project Manager at Conduent HR Services. Lysey's extensive background features a focus on healthcare, wellness, and retirement benefits, along with significant expertise in project management, compliance, and process improvement. Lysey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College.
