Jessica Velasco Lopera

Jessica Velasco Lopera has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Jessica is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Applus+ Laboratories, a worldwide leader in testing, inspection, and certification. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Air Products, a leading industrial gases company. Jessica also had experience as an HR & Talent Acquisition professional at Applus+ Laboratories and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Between Technology, a consultancy firm specializing in engineering and IT services. Jessica began their career as an HR Assistant at Engi-Com and completed an HR internship at BBVA. Jessica also worked as a Psychologist in Training at Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa.

Jessica Velasco Lopera completed a specialization course in Labor Advisory at Escuela de Negocios y Dirección de la UEMC in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management and Development of People and Teams in Organizations from Universitat de Barcelona in 2016. In 2015, they completed a Master's in Professional Development at Universidad de Alcalá. Jessica Velasco Lopera also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they received in 2014.
