Dax Sardinha

Dax Sardinha, PMP, has over 20 years of extensive work experience in talent acquisition, talent strategy, project consulting, and recruitment. Dax currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ApplyBoard. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at President's Choice Financial, Canada Life, QuadReal Property Group, TD, RBC, Procom, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, TAL Group, and Bassett Laudi Partners. Throughout their career, Dax has spearheaded various strategies and initiatives to enhance talent management processes, improve operational effectiveness, and support organizational needs. Dax is skilled in project management methodologies and has successfully led teams and delivered projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Dax Sardinha, PMP earned a diploma in Resources Drilling Technician from Fleming College in 1997-1998. Prior to that, Dax completed a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General at Carleton University from 1994-1997. In 2012, Dax also obtained a certification from the Project Management Institute.
