Sina K. Maram

Sina K. Maram has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. They began their career in 2010 as a Business Development Specialist at RK Global Consultants Inc. In 2012, they worked as a Process Engineer (EIT) at Process Research ORTECH Inc. They then joined CPPE Inc. in 2013 as a Process Systems Analyst. From 2017 to 2021, Sina worked at G&W Electric Co., first as a Process Engineer and then as a Process Improvement Lead. In 2021, they became an Enterprise Data Scientist at Marmon Rail and Leasing Group. In 2022, Sina transitioned to Validere, where they worked as a Senior Data Scientist until early 2023. Currently, Sina is at ApplyBoard, serving as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead.

Sina K. Maram holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, which was completed from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Sina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran, completing it from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Sina has achieved various certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2020, a Data Science and Machine Learning certification from the University of Toronto in 2020, a Six Sigma Green Belt in 2016 from ASQ, a Professional Engineer designation in 2016 from Professional Engineers Ontario, a Project Management certification from the University of Toronto in 2011, and a Professional C/C++ Programming Certificate from Cavendish College, London, UK in 2001.
