The APPNA Community Health Center of the San Francisco Bay Area (ACHC) is a safety-net clinic providing quality health care services to the under-served members of our community in a culturally sensitive and compassionate environment regardless of age, gender, race, or religion. We are a newly established community clinic launched in Dec 2020. We offer adult and geriatric primary care services with ambitions to grow into a multi-specialty program serving all members of our community.
